Account and data deletion
This page explains how to delete your myStaze account and the personal data connected to it. Deletion is free, whether you use myStaze in the browser or in the app.

Without signing in
Email us from the address you used on myStaze, with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted, what is kept
Your login, your email address, your link to past tickets and your chat messages are removed.
Purchase records are kept as long as bookkeeping law requires, up to six years. They are no longer connected to any account.
Deletion takes effect immediately. Copies in backups expire within 30 days.
If you organize streams on myStaze, email us instead. We close the organizer account once the final payout is settled.
